Arnology LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations organized and efficient by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Job responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operation
  • Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, letters)
  • Support different departments with documentation and coordination needs
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher or vocational education
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, internet, email)
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clear and articulate speech
  • Punctuality, ability to adapt quickly, and being proactive
  • Ability to interact effectively with people, both in person and through correspondence
